I am twenty four years old and reside in Moreno Valley, CA. Off-roading is in my blood as I was raised in the desert, on ATVs, Odysseys and dirt bikes. My father always wanted me to pursue racing, however after breaking his back in a car accident and contracting cancer, he was unable to support my ambitions. At the young age of seventeen, I put myself to work and finally saved up enough to purchase a 2012 RZR XP 900. Along with purchasing my vehicle, I started my own race team, CWB Racing, so that I could really take my racing to the next level and gain the support I need to succeed.
I now consider off-roading a huge passion in my life. I have been and always will be have a competitive streak in me.
I tried my hand at short-course racing during the 2012 Dirt Series Race at the Lake Elsinore MX Track. After this race, I realized that racing in the desert, where I learned the importance of the sport, would be best suited for me. Later that year, I entered my first desert race, the “Pure 200” S-X-S Race hosted by Alta Vista Events. I ran this race in the Bone-stock 1000 Sportsman class, rolling my car a few times, but still managing to take the first place position and 5th overall. After that race, I knew this sport was something I wanted to take seriously and get seriously involved in. After preparing the car with a new roll cage and some other additions, I entered the “Pure” S-X-S Series in the Production 1000 PRO Class. After the first race of this series, the “Pure 125”, I am currently running 5th overall.
My goals for the duration of this race season would be to complete the entire “Pure” S-X-S Desert Racing Series and place in the top three positions overall, showing my current and potential supporters that I have what it takes to complete a series strong. In the next few years, as my skills continue to grow, I would like to see myself step up to larger, more popular races such as SNORE or Best in the Desert. With the help of friends and family, my hardworking race team, and a sponsor like Bert’s UTV, I know I have what it takes to be a success within this sport.
Big Thanks to everyone that has helped me get where I am in my racing career.
